About Us

At Chino CrossFit you will jump, run, row, push, pull, lift, carry and learn to move your body the way it was designed to move. By joining one of our small group classes you have the benefit of working out under the supervision of a Certified CrossFit Coach every class. Sessions are scaled to the abilities of each athlete, ensuring you receive the most effective and safe experience for meeting your fitness goals. CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone, no matter what your fitness level or goal.

Class Schedule:(Elements/FREE Trial by appointment only)

Monday/Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday: 
Mornings: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon. Evenings: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, (7:30pm - Tuesday/Thursday only).

Friday: 

6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon, and 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 
8am Elements Course/ 8:30am FREE CrossFit workout/ 9am Team WOD

Sunday: 
Closed / Rest Day
