Mornings: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon. Evenings: 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, (7:30pm - Tuesday/Thursday only).
Friday:
6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon, and 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm
Saturday:
8am Elements Course/ 8:30am FREE CrossFit workout/ 9am Team WOD
Sunday: Closed / Rest Day
